Frances from France and what about Great Britain? Sony Ericsson prepared for us new phone. It’sBrittany - new Walkman clamshell. Brittany is W380’s successor with small external screen and three music buttons. Brittany has more higher specifications: 240×320 pixels screen, 3.2-Mp camera and, of coure, player Walkman 3.0. Brittany looks like cheap version of W980. Inside it has same design as W980. Main feature of this clamshell – many different colours. Brittany will be released at Q2, 2009..

W980 is the first Walkman phone to featured such SUPREME sound quality (as SE claims) of CLEAR Audio technology. I personally like how it looks and definitely like its sound. And as far as SE’s tradition goes, you can definitely expect many colour versions of W980 to follow the original black. Yepp! It’s 2 Walkman Clamshell in new colours this time. W980 in two variants which I really like though, looks even better on the real thing. And another flavour of W380 in nice and lovely feminine appeal form.

  • C902/Alona: Cinnamon Bronze & Titanium Silver
  • W350/Johanna: Turbo Red & Wisteria Purple
  • W980/Madonna: Violin Red & Opera Brown
  • W910/Shinobu: Lipstick Pink & Prime Silver
  • G900 will come in new version for Chinese market as G900c featuring 2.5G GSM(instead of 3G) and Chinese keypad

There are some evidences hinting that Sony Ericsson will roll out new flavours of many of its handsets ranging from recently launched products to old good performers, from top to the bottom of its line up.

These will probably include

  • C902 in Gold and Gray
  • G502 in Red-Black
  • W350 in Pink-Black and Red Black
  • W380 in White-Pink
  • T280 in Pink and Light Blue
as well as recently leaked W910 in Black-Pink and W980 in Black-White
